help with wifi sync

Hi everyone I have having trouble with the wifi media sync with my torch I did the procedure correctly but it keeps saying looking for desktop. And it is unable to sync at all. I follwed all the procedures and still no luck can someone help me with this please. It just keep saying home wifi and looking for desktop and I made sure the wifi sync was on is blackberry desktop as well.
