OK i took my trackball apart like i have 3 times before to clean the ball...Well its all together and now when i use the ball up and down the curser goes sideways and when i go sideways it goes up and down....Anyone? I have to go to work in 45 mins so i need help asap...thanks..

did you put the rollers back in backwards? Or is the whole thing flipped? That happened to me, I just took it out and put it back together opposite from how it was.

You either put in the rollers backwards or the assembly in there sideways. I have videos in my sig just in case you need them.

Ichecked out the videos and iam going to flip the rollers around...ill let you know...

There is no reason to bump and post useless ????????, wait patiently for someone to help you. There are also alot of site errors going on right now - someone will assist you when they can alternatively you can buy a new trackball

Look at your trackball assembly from the bottom. With the spoon shaped metal contact pointing down, your magnets should be oriented as follows:

Bottom magnet pointing left.

Left magnet pointing up.

Top magnet pointing right.

Right magnet pointing down.

Install the trackball assembly with the spoon shaped contact pointing toward the bottom of the phone.
