After exporting my playlists from itunes to roxio media manager...my music does not play on itunes anymore..error message is "cannot locate original files" have i lost all of my music? I cannot play my music on roxio..getting same message. its as if my music is i never-never land.
go to itunes. select a song at random and try to play it. when the dialog box comes up that indicates it is missing, let itunes attempt to locate the file. go from there.
I've tried that. its says that the original file cannot be found. Same message when i go to roxio and try to play the music from there. is there any way i can export my playlists from roxio back to itunes?
