Ok, I have read the forums, and have tried everything. I tried a soft re-boot, a battery pull, back up and restore. However, I can not get rid of this smiley face. It is next to my BBIM smiley face. Can anyone please help? DO I need to take it to an ATT dealer, do I throw it out, what?

So you have the Messenger smiley shown ~twice~ on your interface?

I've seen the Messenger smiley get stuck but never two of them. Can you provide a picture?
