I always lock my screen on my BB storm...last night trying to unlock it, I kept entering my password and I would get halfway through the password and it would tell me it's wrong...I didn't three times couldn't unlock it and the screen went white and then it starting wiping out my BB...now the screen says "install software:513"...can anyone help me....Thanks!

Sounds like your OS is gone.. You basically need to download and install Blackberry Desktop Tools from Blackberry.com

Then you'll also need to download and install the latest Blackberry Storm OS, also from blackberry.com

you need both of those components to fix it.

It's pretty simple.. just have to download and install the 2 things needed off blackberry.com

once both are installed, navigate to c:\program files\common files\research on motion\apploader

go to the bottom of the window and delete the vendor.xml

once it's gone, scroll to the top and double click loader.exe and follow the prompts.
