right i tried setting up my blackberry through o2email.co.uk
and along the way i was told to go to the host routing table option and register
but upon doing this i go this message
"registration message queued. It will be sent once data coverage is available"
but i have full signal and my friend has the same phone and tariff and gets full wifi signal too

do you have a blackberry bolton with you tariff? if not this needs adding call o2 and see your options.

Then go to https://bis.eu.blackberry.com/html?brand=o2mailuk and register your stuff, this will send a service book (settings) to your phone.

with wifi, your signal will vary from the distance you are between the router. O2 provide free wifi but this is within close proximity of access points (again this is also a bolton)

ah thanks, well i called o2 and i had the tariff already but i was just advised to take out the battery for a while and re try it, which worked!
