i just downloaded a ringtone from the website, the e-mail was sent to my phone with the link...how do I apply it as a ringtone and save it to my ringtones? I am using the blackberry 8130

I saved the link..and its nowhere to be found!

When you click on the link it will ask you to save it. Just save it to the location on your phone or memory card. After you finish go to your profiles and set it as the ring tone.

Goal:
Change the Profile for the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8320 using Handheld Software Version 4.5
Symptom:
Turn on or activate vibrate mode for the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8320 using Handheld Software Version 4.5
Change:
The following information applies to the RIM BlackBerry Curve 8320 with Handheld Software version 4.5. To determine the RIM BlackBerry model number and Handheld Software version, click here.
Fix:
RIM BlackBerry Curve 8320 Keypad Layout

Change the profile
Scroll to and select the Profiles icon (to select, press the trackball in).
Scroll to and select the desired profile (Loud, Vibrate, Quiet, Normal, etc.).


The selected profile will now become the active profile.

Edit a profile
Scroll to and select the Profiles icon (to select, press the trackball in).
Scroll to and select Advanced.


Scroll to and select the desired profile (Loud, Vibrate, Quiet, Normal, etc.).
NOTE: The current profile will be labeled as (Active).


Scroll to and select the desired application.
NOTE: The new Voicemail alert is controlled by the "SMS Text" tune.


The selected profile application options screen will be displayed.


In the following fields, press the trackball, then scroll to and select the desired option.
NOTE: Notification options can be set for devices in and out of a holster or dock independantly.
Field Description Default
Out of Holster Set the desired notification type Tone
Ring Tone Set the desired notification tone.
NOTE: Select Browse to choose a tone stored on an installed media card. Notifier_BBpro_6
Volume Set the notification tone volume. Medium
Number of Beeps Set the number of times the notification tone plays. 1
Repeat Notification Sed the LED notification options LED Flashing
Number of Vibrations Set the number of vibrations 2

Press the Menu key, then select Save.
