nothing happens when i plug my bb into my computer. any idea why this is happening?

What do you expect to happen? Does DM not connect to your device or what? We need more information. If you have mass storage more enabled your device will show up as a removable drive but nothing else will happen unless you make it.

Also, please use a more descriptive thread title next time. "help please." does not give us any idea what the thread is about.

What are you trying to do. Do you have the software installed? (blackberry desktop manager)

If installed do you have it opened? Sorry to have to confirm this but...........

If installed, try opening DM first, then plugging phone in to see if it recognizes. Need more info
