Hello, it takes about 30 min to get an actual human on the phone when I call rogers, so I thought I would ask here first. Maybe someone knows how to fix my problem or whats going on.
- I'm no longer receiving any of my e-mails
- Blackberry messenger doesn't seem to work anymore.
- I receive text messages fine.
- I receive calls fine.
- My phone says GSM in the top right corner instead of "EDGE" now....
I would greatly appreciate any help you might have.
As far as I know, without EDGE showing, e-mail and BBmessenger won't work. text and phone calls just use the voice service. It could have to do with your physical location. try a battery pull, or actually take a walk and see if EDGE shows up. anyone else have ideas?

Sweet taking the battery out did the trick. I turned it off and on but I guess it's not the same thing. Thanks for the help, worked like a charm. I kinda feel stupid for not thinking of that myself.
