Try restarting your HUB. From within the BlackBerry Hub, all you need to do is swipe down on the right corner of the display five times in a row.

I did I have checked all my emails on my computer and there gone too!! Not in trash or anything.. my Z10 screwed up everything!!! Help

How would your device managed to have wiped your pc?
Maybe be a little be more specific with what happened etc and we can try help you more

Ok so I woke up from my Nap I check my phone for emails and stuff l. I notice that I can only see texts.. I check every email account and it's empty.. I check my phone call log or recent and missed calls all gone! I check my computer each email account and my yahoo account I don't see my emails from today or anything anyehere. I see it deleted all my emails from April 24th today and I only see emails from March 24th and older now.. I don't know what's really going on as this never happened to me before I'm panicking..

I have had this happen twice before. What I do to avoid this now...any important emails I transfer it to a folder within my account. My phone does not have access to this folder.

Yes but u also use Hotmail and my Rogers account. All gone up to March 24th.. as my phone deleted a month worth of emails.. I need them back. Also my call log I need back I don't understand why my phone is doing this..

did they delete out of the "Deleted" folder in gmail and Yahoo as well? That would be a double-wipe! ....and pretty impressive (in a downer sort of way). Let me know about the double-wipe, please.

I disagree with my emails being deleted on my online account after I delete them from my phone. BlackBerry must think it is a good idea. Your problem is exactly why I think this.

It can't. And even if it somehow could, they would be in your trash folder on the server. The Z10 can't override the server and delete all traces of an email, it's impossible.

Even in the sent folder all gone up to March 24th.. This is very stressful.. I dont know how my Z10 can do this all of sudden. So you still have your Gmail and Hotmail emails. Great! (if I understood you correctly) Not sure about your Rogers account though... That's through your phone service, so I can't help you there. But that's good to hear about gmail and hotmail! I would suggest using those two for your emails, and leaving the Rogers for junk mail
