    My BB 8830 has been deleting itself for the past couple of weeks, I've downloaded new software and everything... Does anyone know why it is doing this, and how to make it stop??? Please help!!!

    Also you didn't state what it is deleting, so I would say try Wiping your handheld and then starting over.

    Options --> Security Options --> General Settings --> Hit 'menu' key --> Select 'Wipe HandHeld'

    Check your memory, your cache, and Hard Reset(Battery Pull). Hopefully, this will help.

    Yeah could you provide more info. What is being deleted? And what do you mean you've downloaded new software?
