I had a Pearl with a media card and it worked fine, now I have a Curve and it syncs fine, but when I click to Manage media and Roxio comes up it says "No device connected and I can't access the pics" ---
What do I have to change to see pics on my media card?

Update: When I go to Desktop Manager > About Desktop Manager and click Device Software this is what is listed - "v4.3.0.97 (Platform 3.1.0.51) for the Blackberry 8130 Smartphone" -- maybe that's the problem -
