So when i hit the call button it types jk into the search, then the center scrolly thing types hl and the end button types uo. i have no idea why half the time it wont hang up on phone calls and wont lock or unlock most of the time sometimes it does work. is anyone else having this problem or know how to help? ive turned it off and back on, took the battery out, took the sim card out...im lost!

Every time mine goes crazy I just snatch it up and say "LISTEN..... you'll never be as crazy as me!" ............and things settle down for a while.

Remove the battery, wait for a few seconds onds then reinsert the battery.

Sometimes this will help with the crazies, but it sounds like your phone has bigger issues so you may have to consult a priest.

Seems to me it's a software problem, have you tried reinstalling your OS?

Is it just me, or do all the crazy phones come out of the woodworks in October? O.o
Oh, and...I have no idea on this one, except of course the obvious, battery pull.

Write the Vatican, they have a whole department that takes care of these kind of issues

On a more serious note, if you've done a battery pull and such, I, personally, would simply re- install the OS or take a look at recently installed applications that may be creating this havock of which you speak
