There are so many Blackberry series and I have no idea which one is best for me. Kindly help.

I'm going to assume that you're on Verizon because you mention the Storm and I'm mobile so I can't see your profile. Most every BB out there will do all that you mention very well except for the Outside Country part.
The Bold 9650 is probably what you're looking for then. It has both CDMA (Verizon) and GSM (most carriers overseas) networks. The Curve series doesn't have a GSM radio for use outside the country, it will only work on the network it was intended for.
Now if you're a Telus or Bell user then I'd recomend the 9780, it's a GSM only phone that can be unlocked and used virtually anywhere in the world (like the 9650). The Torch 9800 is also a great choice if you like the idea of a touchscreen and a real keyboard.
I love my Storm but it does have quirks that make it a little slower sometimes compared to other BB's. User error sometimes contributes to that though. My 9650 is a work horse that can get the job done fast and easily.
I recomend going into a store and trying all the phones out to see which one works best for you because that's what really matters.

all of the UI is going to be the same.
Some will scream the 9000, some the 9700, and others the 9800. (based on GSM / "Outside the country")
personally i don't like sliders so i personally would venture away from from the 9800.
the 9000 is a sumo wrestler in a room full of super models. Once learned that from a GREAT crack berry member.
so that leaves the 9700. while it is is an awesome device the 9780 is shortly coming out and will be a nicer phone. more memory and higher DPI camera.

What carrier are you on? Knowing that will narrow your choices down some.
For what you would be using it for, I would suggest a Bold. They have a nice physical QWERTY keyboard for typing messages and a long battery life.
If you're on VZW or Sprint, the 9650 is the Bold for you. If you're with a GSM carrier (AT&T, T-Mobile, ect), the 9700 or 9780 are the Bolds they support.

Another question: shall I wait for the new verizon Bold xxxx or the storm 3?
Do you think its worth waiting for these two? I'm not in hurry picking BB right away. I'm using the old phone.
I would wait for the 9780, it is the latest refresh Bold.

Any idea or rumors when this new bold will be released?
The 9780 will never be available on Verizon.
The 9650 is Verizon's counterpart. There's no information at all on a new Verizon Bold, we don't even know of one exists yet. The Storm 3 we do have some info on but we have no idea when it will come out. It could be months.
If you're not in a hurry wait a month or so and see what the news is then.
