I can't log into the mobile crackberry site. every time i enter my email address and password it says it's invalid, so i logged out of the full site on my laptop and logged back in and my details are correct. Does anybody have any suggestions on this please?

are you using alpha numerics or case sensitive items for your password?
and try using your username instead of your email and see how that plays out.

I've tried using my email address and user name but i'm still having no luck

I've sorted it now, turns out i was trying to get into the appverse site and wasnt registered. thanks for trying to help tho
