    I'm new to BB. After Vodafone offered free internet until July, I acquired an old 8700. I downloaded the BB desktop software and decided i'd upgrade the device software. After up-grade, which I'm not sure it worked correctly as I had a few failures on a few of the modules, the internet and return emails don't work. The device says " browser not configured no service book.

    I've resent the service books on the device, not sure which SB I should have ??

    I've been looking for days for a solution. Vodafone have re registered me for BB internet, but I think the problem is with the device software. I also can't get hold of any replacement service books. again been looking for days and wondering round the BB and Vodafone website to no avail.

    try going to the options and re registering your host routing tables.

    Edge has gone after the reboot, now is GPRS
