    Hi guys Need advise here.

I recently changed my telco and I noticed the service books are duplicate. Like 2 yahoo, 2 live, 2 gmail etc.

So I did some reading, searched for Option, Device, Advance option.

Found the service book, went in and deleted ALL the emails I could see. After that, resend the service book and no more duplicates are done.

    Well, seems problem solved right?

Not so. Now, I could only receive emails but not sending them out. What should I do?

Should I delete ALL and EVERYTHING in the service book and resend (instead of just email)?

    Any help is seriously...really appreciated!

I would be an HRT, THEN a send service books, then a battery pull.

Right, depending on your OS (I can't see that on mobile device), somewhere in Options you will find Host Routing Table. Click that item, then click the BlackBerry menu key and select "Register Host Routing Table" or the equivalent.

By HRT, I mean, go to Options, then Device, then Advance, then Host Routing, then press BB, then select Register Now. Then do a Send Service Books, go to Email setup, sign on, press BB, select Service Books, then Send Service Books. Then finally pull the battery.
