    I just switched from 9900 to 9810 via desktop software. Everything went over, but all my old emails were gone even though all the email icons transferred 2 the new device. I then went and restore my 9810 to a later date cuz I backed up 9900 right before I did the switch. Now all my old emails are there on 9810, but it doesn't let me send emails.

    How do I fix this? Do I have 2 renter all my email passwords 2 make it work? If so, can someone help & give me detailed instructions?

    If I'm not mistaken, you will need to log into your T-Mobile BIS and change devises. the BIS sends and receives your emails and sends them to your phone. It probably still has the old pin# it is trying to send them to.

    Try going to options -- mobile network --- click menu and hit update profile

    See if this fixes your problems. Doesnt seem like your carrier is recognising your phone for transfering data. Updating the profile usually fixes this.
