I just got a new tour and decided to use my BB Desktop Manager to move everything from my 8330 to the tour. Well it started out great and completed the first half with no problems. However, now it has been sitting at the 2nd half and at task 3 of 4 for about an hour. Does anyone know how long it takes to move everything? Is this normal? Should I disconnect it? I have also hit cancel and nothing happens but it is not frozen.
