    Any help? i upgraded to 5.0 and still not working....

    You might need to reload your OS again... try the following:

    Manually backup your device using Desktop Manager (DM) and any 3rd party apps using the link in my signature below.... then WIPE your device using CrackMem... to do this you need to download and install the Blackberry OS version on your PC, download and install CrackMem from a link in my signature below... start CrackMem, select the OS version, verify the OS version, then click the Wipe button and follow the directions... this will wipe your device completely and load the OS version you selected... after that try your Bluetooth device... if it work, then load your backup file and your 3rd party apps using the link in my signature again.
