    Carriers sell reconditioned devices @ lower prices, EBay is another option, but be careful on EBay. Use an Am Ex card if you can, they are the BEST when it comes to protecting you if you get scammed/riped off/fraud.

    As online sellers go, very.

    The seller pays a listing fee, and is also required to pay shipping, so the price you see is the price you pay.

    The seller must show the device in his/her possession,usually with their seller ID.

    The buyer must have a verified PayPal account on file, which includes a verified shipping address.

    In other words, it's pretty safe.
