HELP Built-in apps are Missing

I recently installed Autoload-STL100-1-10.2.1.1927 from bb dev and it was a complete installation
but iam missing File Manager - Music - Videos - Images
what i can do ?

If you are not a developer, why did you install a dev OS? Of course it is going to be missing some app. Try installing the 1925. Problem solved.
