    I just got this Tour in the mail YESTERDAY from Sprint because my old one stopped working, and for some reason, it has three little scratches on the screen. I've hardly used it, and when I haven't, I kept it in a glasses sleeve, to PREVENT scratching. I'm really angry and frustrated. It hasn't even been 24 hours! Should I call Sprint and explain what happened? Or should I try and switch the screen with my old one? How hard is that to do? Would Sprint do anything if I called them? PLEASE HELP!
