My Blackberry Curve 8520 Battery ran out whilst installing an update , Since this has happened i can turn my phone on and off and can see the whole of the display as normal but when trying to operate my phone, with the keys and trackpad it does nothing no function. When the screen time out kicks in i can push buttons to light screen up but cannot unlock or do anything with my phone Ideas or knowhows on fixes please
