    My Blackberry Bold screen just went white. I can receive phone calls and can also hear from the tones that it is still receiving SMS and email messages normally. Help please?

    have you tried a battery pull?

    So after a battery pull you're saying that after the phone reloads and reboots you're still gettinng just a white screen?

    Sounds like what happened to my 8900. Did you put any pressure on the screen? You may have cracked the rear panel of it.
