I need some help here. My boyfriend and I have the same BB Curve phone and both have the data plan. I was in his contact list on BB messenger and he reset his phone and I dissappeared? We have tried several times readding by using our pins, we both have our emails/pins in contacts under eachother and every time we both accept the request, he shows up in my contacts but I don't show up in his? I can send him messages and he can respond to them in messenger but can't start a convo to me as I'm not listed as a contact?? What could it be? We've tried checking the firewalls and everything both our settings appear the same?? What is the problem and how can we fix it??? PLEASE HELP!
