So I had a blackberry torch and it got stolen so I went and got a blackberry bold 9700. My provider is Telus, however the phone I was able to get is with Rogers, the phone has been unlocked so everything works fine except my email.
I had blackberry protect on my torch which saved my life because I just uploaded everything from the torch to the bold. But when I went to configure my email it said to move it, and the only email option was my own, it asked me to put in my password which I did and then a popup said everything was successful. I am still unable to receive or send emails. Does anyone know what to do?
