Hello, welcome to CB. Look in the 83xx forums. There are stickies on the top. Here is the link for the most recent OS for your device. This is not a verizon release though. It doesnt matter if you use another carriers OS version.

simply put options>advanced options>applications

you would need to know if you have an ESN or MEID device though.. if you go to options>status and at the bottom it says "ESN:" you have an 8330 and if it says "MEID:" you have an 8330m.. you'll have to pick the corresponding OS.

yes, the link that RLP gave is for OS .160 is for you. because it is from another carrier, you'll want to read this thread http://forums.crackberry.com/f3/prop...ocedure-53359/ . there is an extra step you'll need to follow(deleting the vedor.xml file)
