I have a Pearl 8130 on BIS (sprint) and my husband has a Curve on AT&T (BES). He is receiving my PIN messages, but I am not receiving his back...I checked my settings and don't see why I am not receiving them.
Any ideas?
Thanks!

will try it....I'm an expert with resets...just switched from a treo! :)
no luck...I'm not sure what's going on...he can PIN me, but I can't send one back.
Do you have him properly added? You could try deleting him and readding.
Is this just PIN messaging or is it BBM?

Does BES have the ability to block outgoing PIN messaging?
Good idea, Xopher. Most companies will use it for it's direct employee - employee meassaging though. Ask your husband's BES admin.

Thanks....I think it must be something with his BES. My brother in law was over today and I was able to receive PIN and BB Messenger messages from him, but when we tried my husband's I am still not getting them. When I go into my firewall settings it says "incorrect encryption key 5 blocked"...I reset the number and sent more pins from his blackberry and they are getting blocked somehow but nothing is checked under block incoming messages.
Very strange. I can just send him e-mails to his BB, but it bothers me that I can't get the pin messages to work!!!!
Does he have his firewall enabled, set to block PIN messages??
Sounds like his BES is blocking the sending of pin messaging in the IT policy
the firewall is enabled, but not to block pin messages.
As for the IT policy, he is able to receive my messages but not send them?
