I'm on Telus. I can use internet (I'm typing this on my Torch!), and send email from my @telus.blackberry.net account.
I canNOT send/receive from my regular email account. (Also on Telus)
Ok, looks like that @telus.bb email didn't work after all, despite having a checkmark at first!
Checkmark has since changed to a clock, and I'm expecting it to change to a X anytime now.
AT & T customer service people are NOT even aware of the outage. Now that exemplifies great communication btwn RIM and its vendor. When I finally got through to a "tech support" person at ATT, he asked me to hold while he researched the situation. He came back and said "The Blackberry server is down for maintenance." When I asked for how long or any particulars, the poor guy was in the dark. Is it any wonder people are flocking to the iPhone?!??!
