    Agreed. Try a battery pull, resending your service books, and re-register your host routing table.

    Also check your battery level. If it gets too low the phone will
    shut off the radio to conserve power.

    If it is good, more than 15%, go to Manage Connections and make
    sure that the Mobile Network box has a check in it.

    The account is probably yours. Instead if trying to create an account try
    logging on. That is if you know your user name and password, of course.

    you have to register from your phone if you want to create the account

    if you do
    go to email settings and click create new account

    When you set up your emails, did you do that from the phone with
    the Email Setup icon. You would have needed to create an account
    regardless of whether you did it from the phone or the desktop.

    Actually I was wondering if there was an actual problem. I also haven't got any e-mails today. Normally, I wouldn't mind but I haven't even got any spam and I will get at least 10 a day.
