I have found Garmin works well with the 8900. I have installed AmAze and will give it a shot tomorrow. Just trying to find a less expensive option for gps.

I used Mapquest Navigator on my 8320 and emailed their support to find out if there is a compatible version for the T-Mobile 8900. They responded today that currently there is not a version of Mapquest Navigator that will work with the 8900 but "...we will be releasing a version of our software compatible with this device in the next two months. "
I use nav4all in the UK and think its great for a free app
The on screen graphics and voice for roundabouts is a bit misleading but as soon as you relise that the number on screen next to the roundabout is the exit you need, your ok!
I have been using google maps, and since it keeps track of your current location always it works pretty good. You can switch between step by step directions and the map view with the push of a button. Its pretty nice.

I have been using AmAze, as I posted earlier and it works fairly well, I'm thinking about trying Telmap navigator if it works in the US - we don't have many roundabouts. I have Google, but want a voice service for driving directions.

I downloaded both amAzegps and Nav4all. I used Nav4all this evening on my way to get my son from Day Care and amAzegps from the Day Care home. They both worked great with very precise directives. I'm partial to amAzegps though because of the look and features although I wouldn't be paying much attention to the screen while driving. Thanks for the info, as usual, fellow CrackHeads!
