So far the three I've researched only work with iOS or Android, and I would hate to have to change from blackberry.

What exactly is a smart door bell? You have to pull out your phone and open an app to use it rather than your finger?

It's awesome. The SkyBell works via WiFi connection and only requires the current that is used to light your existing doorbell so no additional wiring is needed to allow you to see video of who's at your door and actually talk to them. Now I don't have to get up and get dressed for whatever magazine salesman, religious zealot, tree trimmer, etc. is at my door. Don't tell me you haven't, on occasion, checked your front porch every 15 minutes for hours on end waiting for the UPS guy to drop off something you were anxious to get. If I were female or elderly, I wouldn't be too keen on answering the door, ever, unless I could talk with the person, first and verify their identity. Oh, you can snap a pic, too.
