    It's been on my phone ever since i rebooted it after updating app world. i cant even tell what it is..
    go to:
    1) twitpic.com / photos / neeveling (NO SPACES)
    2) its the first picture on the page.
    please can somebody tell me what it is and how to get rid of it?
    yes, i've done a battery pull.

    Loads. From twitter, facebook, flickr, horoscopes, I've clicked everything and nothing gets rid of it!

    If you open App world, scroll across the icons and find your MyWorld icon. Click it to see what apps have an update available.

    Click your menu button and show your hidden apps and folders. Might be one of them.

    Check your messages folder which shows all of the apps notifications. If you continue scrolling down you're bound to find it. If you think its a social networking app you should try to check the notifications inside the app.

    I don't have Orange service I have sprint, but I had a similar problem with an unidentified app notification. What it turned out being was something I would have never guessed, Sprint Zone application. You might look to see if Orange installed something similar on your phone, with access to your account, news, and stuff like that. Just a thought.
