MUD!! Today my luck ran full circle~ Someone had an add posted on CL wanting to trade their Torch for a white BB 9700! Low & behold I just happen to have one after replacing the black one than was stolen from me about 6 weeks ago.. Now I have 2 Torches. The one I won here @ CB and the one I traded my 9700 for today. I am truly blessed my friends. Out of curiosity- what would you be willing to trade for a Torch? (This is just theoretical I AM NOT WANTING TO TRADE/SELL EITHER TORCH)

I don't understand why a person would want two of the same phone when they only get EDGE from them? If you're going to have two phones on the same network I think it would be more beneficial having two different phones. It seems like a Torch and a white 9700 would be a pretty sweet combination. I think it would be nice having a non-touch screen 3G phone to use when you want. I love my 9550/9650 combo.

But that's just my opinion...

I do find this thread kinda pointless though. No real questions, nothing to discuss, not a rant, nothing to really even comment on. I guess it could be a rave, but what's the point of bragging about having two of the exact same phones?

Btw, don't pull the jealousy thing on me. I wouldn't want the Torch, let alone two of them, even if my network would support them. The only reason I entered the Torch contest was to make a quick few hundred bucks.

Don't really see a point in this thread either.. Except for maybe bragging or looking for justification of the trade. I can however understand wanting more than one of the same device if you like it enough.. It's nice to have backups in case the screen gets super scratched or something happens and you don't want to wait for a replacement. In this case though, think I'd rather have the 9700 + 9800 instead of 2 9800's.
