i have a question about handling attachments coming in --

I have my email coming to my BB and my Outlook. When I'm at the office I don't need the email on my phone so I just normally delete it unless its something i might need to reference on the road. My concern is when I get an attachment like i just did that is 4mb - I deleted it on my phone but wondered if that deleted it completely from the device or did it just go to some "deleted" folder and still eat up space??

    thanks.

Once deleted on the BB, fully deleted. There is no trash to empty on the BB,...

other than performing a reboot reset about 1x week, which will clear the cache and free up some used memory the BB has not let go of.

    Good luck.

So once I hit delete and confirm - its gone completely?

Does it actually pull down the 4mb attachment when its received or would I have to click on it and tell it to download it?

p.s. Thanks for the quick reply
