Does anyone know where I can get the guide for Installing BES on a Microsoft Hosted Exchange 2010 server?

The normal guide doesn't work

Do you own the hosted exchange server? Or do you have an account with a provider who owns the hosted exchange server?

If you only have an account then you would need to speak to your provider to see if they offer BES.

If you own the server and have purchased BES to run on it then I would suggest going via the official support channels.
