The problem is that Verizon has control over what applications can use the internal GPS and they are not allowing GPSLogger to use it. With the earlier OS, 4.2, they didn't allow any application to use it. With my newer OS, 4.5, they are allowing some applications to use it but still not GPSLogger.
yes - that seams to be correct [at least it looks from the distance like that]...
You can MANAGE older files if you have them saved to the card, otherwise they might be gone. Hmm, maybe it keeps something internal besides the exported formats.....
Is there a way to export the log right into a Google Maps link instead of Google Earth? So someone can just click on the link from any internet connection and not have to have Google Earth. A couple of friends of mine have programs that allow this. They send me an email, and the link just opens up a Google Maps map with the trail they did. Thanks.
I would like to try the GPS logger apps, but seems that the website doesn't allow me to download the application. where can I download it ?
Cheers
Jeremy
Yes - the application is temporary offline - till certain issues (that are not related to the functionality) are solved - I am sorry for the inconvenience - I'll update you as soon as the issues are resolved.
Hi everyone. Where is this program at everyone is talking about-GPS Logger? I would LOVE to have this on my BB Storm. When will it be available for download again? Lets go! Bring it back!!
I am sorry Robert, but GPSLogger is currently offline for good reasons - but I hope the issues are solved soon and GPSLogger becomes available again shortly... my apologize for the inconvenience.
Gpslogger can not be downloaded from this site. If someone has the zip file that they could send me I would be gratefull.I would like to have this app.
I've been using GPSLogger for a while now (ver 0.4.15) and it seems to be the best GPS recording program I've found. I do have one problem though; it seems that the phone has a hard time large amounts of data on the phone (8hrs of driving). Is there anyway to make the export of large files more stable, or make a small converting program that doesn't run on the phone?
Again... huge fan of the program. Please keep the updates coming.
