    The default (and only choice) for GPS Data Source is "Device GPS" on my BB. The GPS Services setting is set to "Location On" as opposed to "911 Only". Will this allow certain apps to make use of the GPS capability or must I subscribe to a GPS service?

    From what I understand, GPS is blocked by Verizon.

    BB maps will still work with the GPS
