So I have had my BB since Thanksgiving and have had few problems with it. I have used the GPS Sprint Navigation quite a bit and have enjoyed it so far. However, the other day I went to use it and couldn't find it anywhere in my phone. The first thing I did was look to se if I had hidden it somehow and I looked through all my hidden apps with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas where I could find it or what I could do to get it back? Thanks!

Reload your service books. Think that might get it.

Hello, Bsleeman25! I'm actually a Sprint employee. The service books may push SprintNavigation back to the device, however if that does not work If you have the 8330 their is no direct link through sprint to download it do the device, so the next step would be to ##786 (RTN) the device back to factory defaults- reprovision/program. If that doesnt work then reload HHS(hand held software) Cheers!
