Hi,

I've been keeping my GPS off and only turning it on when I need it, to save battery usuage.

What do u guys do? Does it kill lots of battery life if it on but its not being used?

I hate the hassle of turning it on and off, when using it...

I've never ever turned it off... don't think it draws much at all unless you're using a GPS intensive program and then most of that draw would be data transfer to update maps, etc.
