    Does the 8120 support GPS? I've searched all over the web for this and have found multiple conflicting reports. Some say only the 8110 and 8130, some say the 8120 has wifi AND GPS capability...

    I don't have a data plan at the moment, so Google Maps/ BB Maps doesn't work and I can't test it on my device. However, when I go to Options > Advanced > GPS it looks like there's no GPS signal... but why would there be a GPS menu at all if the device didn't support it ??

    The Pearl 8120 has Wifi instead of GPS.

    The settings screen is there if you choose to add a BlueTooth GPS accessory.

    Definitely not the answer I was looking for, but thanks for the response! Does this mean that I can't use BB Maps?

    No, BlackBerry Maps uses the BlackBerry Internet Service to provide the maps.
