I bought the key2 one week ago from this site. They said that was shipped today but didn't provide me any tracking number and when I asked they said that would give me earlier tonight but didn't sent nothing yet.
What are your experiences with this site ?
The Key2 they sell is BBF 100-6, and it is not getting support in the US. I hope you bought LE.
Are you sure about that? Site does state BBF100-2. Wouldn't be the first time a listing was wrong but just wondering how you learned it was -6 instead of the stated -2.
Out of curiosity I emailed GoTalk, because they don't answer the phone, and asked if the KEY2 is in fact a BBF100-2 or a BBF100-6. Additionally, I asked if the device comes with a one year manufacturers warranty and what their return policy is if I'm not satisfied with the device.
If I get a response I will pass on what GoTalk says.

I checked the website few days ago and it was BBF 100-6, but now it has been changed to BBF 100-2
I just received an email from GoTalk and they are confirming the KEY2 is a BBF100-2 with a US warranty.
Edit: They also have a 14 day return policy as well.

One thing left to find out: Build date!!!
Hopefully someone here on CrackBerry will purchase a KEY2 from GoTalkUSA and they will update us with a build date and confirm it's a BBF100-2 variant. Otherwise, I suppose one of us could purchase one, confirm it's a BBF100-2 variant, check the build date, and return it under the 14 day return policy.

I purchased a key2 from them in April. It was BBF100-2. However, it crashed on me and stuck on a loop boot within the 14 days of purchase. I tried to return it they refused to refund me. So, they sent to Blackberry to get it fixed. It's now September and I'm still waiting for them to ship it back to me.

If it happened during the 14 day return period, aren't they legally obligated to refund you or send you another unit?
What is it with these incompetent fools? It's not like they don't have stock.
Gotalkusa said it didn't meet their return conditions because it needs to unlock for a full refund. But it won't go past the logo screen. TCL won't refund me; however, they'll fix it under warranty. It's been a horrible experience. I don't recommend dealing with either company.
I can't confirm the negative experience with the support of TCL/BlackBerry Mobile in Germany. It was very good right from the start (KEYone display disaster) and also currently complaints, repairs and warranty services are handled quickly and correctly by the assigned service provider.
Sorry to hear of your unfortunate experience with your KEY2 and GoTalk. As @the_boon mentioned my understanding is that GoPower is obligated to to take that KEY2 back and either replace it or refund your purchase price if it is within 14 days from the date of purchase.
I know it has been an extended period of time from your purchase date but if you can document these dates I would contact your credit card company and see if they will reverse the charges. Worth a shot... It doesn't appear GoPower or TCL/BlackBerry Mobile is being helpful or responsive.

That is a great idea too, didn't think of that.
If the CC company accepts to issue the refund due to the documentation proof, I bet GoTalk will magically wake up once they see the chargeback...
Sorry to hear your bad experience, I had one issue (boot loop) on my Key2 a month after I bought. But I started a ticket with BlackBerry warranty folks and they sent me a new device. Hope you get a full refund or a new device quickly, I hate hearing stuff like this happen.
Wow, you also had a boot loop within a month of purchase? This must be a common occurrence with their phones. I'm afraid if they decide on giving me a new phone, it might happen again...
