I was on the 02 website and it says u should update your browser ! And came up with the options yes ! I pressed it but my connection wasn't strong enough to do anything !so how do I update my browser ???

Is this an OTA (over the air) update? If it is, try to do it in an area where you have better signal and browser connection, maybe even try to do it while connected to the internet via wifi.
Yes 0TA ! But its not popping up anymore :/ so is there any other way I can do it ??

You could try resending the service books and hopefully the new browser service books will be added, or call your service provider and see if they can push the update to your device.

Tell us exactly what the message said.
It sounds more like you are getting a message in the browser that occurs when you are accessing content that is not viewable in the BlackBerry Browser such as Adobe Flash. And not that it was telling you to update your device OS.
There's no way to "update" just the browser OTA.
