I just received this email from the goggle apps team, i hope they fixed the delay for gmail sync on the BB`s.

Dear Admin,

To help keep Google Sync for mobile running smoothly, we'll be performing maintenance on the service for approximately 4 hours:

PDT: Thursday, July 22, 2010, from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM
GMT: Friday, July 23, 2010, from 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM

During the maintenance period, no email messages, calendar events, or contacts will be synchronized to and from the native applications on your mobile device. Note that during this period:

- You�ll continue to receive new email messages and calendar invitations; you just won�t be able to see them in your mobile applications until after maintenance is complete.
- You can send email and create new calendar events and contacts using your mobile applications; however, depending on your mobile device, new items might not synchronize with Google Apps after the maintenance period.
- You can access all your new email and calendar events using the web browser on your mobile device. To access Gmail, go to *** to access Google Calendar, go to ***
Here�s an email message you can send to your users to inform them of the maintenance period. Make sure to change the times to your time zone, if necessary, and replace "your_domain" with your actual domain name.
