    I am not sure if anyone has noticed this or not but it looks like Google's has modified the homepage a bit.

    I saw the image below and I can't recall ever seeing the part where "we protect your privacy, data, and put you in control"

    I might be over reaching here but do you see this being at all connected with the Blackberry Priv and Blackberry relationship launching soon?

    If the Priv is successful your talking about millions of potential new customers who are going to have to open Google accounts. I personally don't have one for specific reasons but I can see many Blackberry users, both consumer and enterprise being in the same boat as me.

    Like I said above I might be over thinking this.
    thoughts?

    You're over thinking it. It changes to that all the time. Usually when there are no other special announcements to put in place.

    You can apply that to anyone, even Blackberry.

    OP nah they tend to do this every so often. They had a big drive in getting people to secure their data not so long ago.
