Nice article. I think fair and balanced but that last part does reveal that the author has a BlackBerry bias. At least he is honest about it when other tech writers are not.

Nice article. Seeing an internet piece with an author that has a blackberry bias (that isn't from one of the Crackberry team members) is a breath of fresh air.
