Just wondering...... That app witch is keeping track on the phone service, and when the phone is at a place where coverage is bad its shutting off its radio automatically,..... Isn't that eating up all battery life by instead of the phone looking for service, this app keeps on looking for how much service it has,???????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In an area of bad service I just turn the radio off or GASP the phone off, yes it does do that. If it's that important, I can get it when I'm off the subway or wherever I might be.

    Agree with the above.

I use my bb for work and personal. Only have to charge it when I go sleep. I don't see all the fuss. I spend about 2 hours aday talking and loadssss of texts. I don't have any troubles.

Bluetooth always on as I'm needed when I'm driving in hands free. And wifi always on.

    You guys must hammer it..

my personal opinion... Blackberry's in general have the best battery life of all other brands. The avg BB can last up to 2days with general usage (emails, facebook, web, wifi, calls, etc.) and a standby of 10-17days. To be realistic most people don't go more than 24hrs without going home or to where ever to charge there devices and rest. Enjoy your phone use it like its suppose to be used your battery will be perfectly fine... and if you're that anal about BB life then just buy a second battery so you can continue to enjoy your BB the way its suppose to be used and not worrying about turning features off and stuff.

Also keep in mind the BB recharges really fast 45-60mins will recharge a completely dead battery.
