I am trying to setup my gmail email on my BB Storm. once I put in the email address and Password for the first step gives me a error that the email address or the password is incorrect. I have had the email address for the past 10 years so I know the email addy and the password is correct. I tried to do a quick pull that didnt work. One thing that is bothering me is that there is a square box in the right hand corner with two arrows facing down underneath them is a paper looking thing. Any help would be ver nice thanks to all.
That square box is probably the indicator of SureType being on. Turn this off by going to Options > Screen/Keyboard > Show Key Indicator > Never. Might require OS 5.0, just in case you're still on OS 4.7.
