    in that email you should have an activation code
    go into the program go where it says serial number and put in the code and save it

    go to BlackBerry Software and BlackBerry Accessories | BerryReview Store
    at the top right where it says guest click on the arrow next to it
    login using the email and password you used to buy it
    once logged in role over support and click my account
    there you will see your purchases and it will show you your activation code
